Orders will be processed three working days after the order has been placed. After this, order can take anywhere between 3-10 working days. Please be patient with orders!

Returns Policy
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - If you wish to return an item, please contact me at zel@z3lart.com first. Returns are unlikely to be accepted and refunded, as each item is made on demand once you place your order. However, I am happy to hear out exceptional circumstances on why you may want to return an item. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
